Sadly I'm with Zyq on this one. It sounds like a ruse worthy of Link. That said, it's R1, which means that I'll be going with my standard [vote nolynch].

As much as I detest Both No lynching and voting day 1
this set up means that if I don't it'll probably take a damn while.

Are PMs allowed? I couldn't find anything about them. If they are, it might be an idea to PM the 5 who haven't voted yet. I'm on my phone right now soI can't do it.

It gives the power roles longer to do their job before we hit lynch-or-die. The people our investigator looks at are also more likely to stay alive, and thus build up a larger number of confirmed players (with only one of them possibly being the godfather, and the possibility of these being a miller).

I normally play SC2 mafia, where not lynching is as common as lynching is. And the town win rates are a lot higher when the power roles are allowed to do their job without worrying about role claiming due to constant random lynches. I'm not saying this will always be the case, but saying one no-lynch can only hurt the town is just wrong.

While I do agree with Gamage that R1 no-lynches aren't unfavourable for the town, I'll be removing my no-lynch vote on the grounds that the lynch is different this game. The different voting rules allow Mafia to snipe down a villager of their choice, therefore I'd rather if the town forced a lynch on someone. I'll nominate [vote Cloak].

Well, now that we have some grounds to work with, I think there is enough information to cast a proper vote.

That said, I am suspicious of Zyq and French at the moment. They both seem to be trying to hammer a lynch on Cloak, and with the changed lynch rules the mafia can't just cast innocent votes and hope a couple townies lynch themselves. Combined with how inactive we are during these games it almost would force them to have to push the lynch. French also changed his vote from No Lynch after Gamage said that not lynching was good for the town. (Before you accuse me of the same, I did say that I was hesitant because noone had voted yet.)  

It's only a hunch, but at the moment hunches are all we have to go on.

"Now," the tall one said with a calm finality that he rarely used.
"Yes, Doctor," the winged one said as she took to the sky and flew to Celestia. The two talked in hushed tones for a couple of minutes before Derpy returned, beaming. "It's done, Doctor. Just as you said."

Celestia cringed at the implications of what she'd just been told. They had to hurry. She flew to Luna and roused her quickly; they had work to do. Celestia scolded herself for not noticing, for being so absorbed in herself that she missed her friend's suffering. If Discord was lost to the Night Mare, she would blame herself. Together, the sisters rushed to Discord's, but his clouded mind refused to listen to reason. He saw only more manipulation and lies. Determined not to lose her friend, Celestia channeled her conciseness into Discord. If she couldn't defeat Chrysalis from the outside, she would have to defeat her from within. Luna followed suit and the two joined the clash in Discord's mind. Celestia could instantly see the damage Chrysalis had wreaked on Discord. His emotions were running haywire and he had nearly lost all rational thought. Celestia shed a tear for her friend as Luna joined her. "Come, sister. We have much work to do," Luna beckoned as she began to whisper powerful enchantments of truth and healing to Discord's mind.

"The fools!" Chrysalis raged, "They think they can deny me what is mine?!" The changelings around the dark lover cowered and backed off, knowing their mistress was prone to these fits of rage. With a focused determination, Chrysalis channeled her rage into one long roar that shook the foundations of Discord's mind. These intruders were not welcome.

"Do you think they can do it, Doctor," Derpy asked.
"If anyone can," Dr. Whooves replied, "Celestia can."
