Round 23: DEMAFIAAA! League of Mafia

Demacia's newest summoners gathered around to prepare for more training. All of them had recently completed their trial at the Proving Grounds, which meant it was time for the next phase.

"Welcome to Summoner's Rift!"

A sagely voice welcomed them as they prepared themselves for their practice. Suddenly...

"First Blood!"

The summoner controlling Ezreal, the prodigal explorer, lost his grip. "What?! What happened?!" he shouted incredulously.

Groans came from his peers.
"Wow."
"What the hell, man?"
"Reported for feeding."

"It's okay. I can just...call him back." The summoner performed the incantation...but nothing happened. He tried again, still nothing. Panicked, he tried a third time. Nothing. "Uh...Help! What's happening?!"

One of the head summoners appeared and gave the bewildered summoner a quick examination. "This isn't good," he retorted gravely. "It seems you've lost all summoning capabilities."

"WHAT?!"

"I've heard rumors of Noxus developing magicks to accomplish such a feat. Never did I think that such rumors could be true." The head summoner returned to his post to counsel with the other head summoners. After a short time, he turned to the rookies. "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you at this moment... The pieces for your practice have been set into motion; it would require too much power to stop it now. The only thing left to do is to set out and try to find who has wormed his way into your session. We shall slow time in order for you to prepare yourselves. I am sorry we cannot do anything more. For now, we must meet with King Jarvan, and discuss an appropriate plan of action."

With that, the head summoners departed, and the sagely voice boomed once more.

"Four days until minions spawn."

Ezreal woke up outside Ionia's gates. He sat up, rubbed his head, and sighed. "Noxians... I hate those guys..."

I wanna try gimmicks too! So, here's what we got. Everyone's ability will correspond to a champion's ultimate. Most, if not all, of these ultimates will have a cooldown. So, for example, say someone's ability has a cooldown of 2 days. Assuming that this ability can only be used at night, it cannot be used again until 2 days have passed, or every other night. But, if it can be used during the day, it cannot be used until the third night afterwards.
Here's an image to help illustrate it.
When you use an ability, I'll PM you the next time you can use it, but if you still have any questions, feel free to ask.

Long Story Short:
Demacia is the "good" guys, Noxus is the "bad" guys, morally speaking, they invented the League of Legends to replace war and preserve life, representatives from various nations joined in, the rest is history.
Champions are summoned and directed by Summoners, each champion has 3 normal skills, a passive, and an ultimate, and you get 2 summoner spells to aid your champion.
There's a shop where you can buy items to improve your champions stats, gain temporary sight of a small area of the map, or recover hp/mp.
There's also the jungle, but I don't thing that'll come into play.

I have survived a whole game without dieing and along with that, Vat died before me. I deserve a nice, long rest from mafia games unless needed.

P.S. I'm not joining unless you need more people.

I shall sadly cease joining this one. A trip to Cape Cod is soon arriving and I doubt I will be around.

Eh... there's no Holy Grail or Magical Macguffin they win, it's just political disputes.
Lots of interesting backstories on the champions though.

Unfortunately, you can't kill the Summoners like you can kill Masters and people die even less than Shirou when they are killed.
