"...and that's the last of the votes. I am entirely glad that you could settle your differences to help everyone in this dire situation. Now, let us tally the votes. Mr. Brooks, if you please."
"Certainly, Mr. Vega."

...A few moments later...

"...and with 5 votes in favor, the lucky gentleman to receive today's punishment is..."
"...that lovely Mudkip from the 3rd row."

A lone Mudkip tenses himself in fear from hearing these news. Was he really the one cast off to die today?

"Come now, don't dawdle. You know who you are, and you are certainly going to receive the atonement for your crimes."
"B-BU-B-BUT-BU-BU-B-B-BUT...-B-BUT..BUH-BU-BUT..!!
...
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"
"Oh, mercy me... I do not like the sight of this at all. Mr. Brooks, can you please make this unsettling moment a lot less unsettling?"
"With gusto, Mr. Vega."
Mr. Brooks then walks over to the startled Mud-Fish Pokémon
"Young man, if you would be so kind as to calm down?"
*sniff* "I-I don't wanna die!"
"Don't worry, Mr. Mudkip. Follow me and I shall show you how everything is fine."
"Y-you.. *sniff* you mean it?"
"Most certainly, young man. Now follow me to this incredibly safe and completely non-suspicious dark alley..."
The two leave towards a dark alley. The faint noise of two blades making contact is heard, followed by complete and utter silence...

...moments later, Mr. Brooks returns to the soapbox stand.
"Bad news, Mr. Vega. The townsfolk have chosen a perfectly normal citizen. I'm afraid that this endeavor of ours still leaves us empty-handed."
"What a shame.. anyway..."
The two face the crowd once again. The corwd seems completely apalled by such events
"I'm afraid I have some terrible news. Not only did you poorly choose today's victim, it's getting awfully late. So you should all head back to your respective homes...


...sirs? What are you waiting for? The faster we evacuate this area, the higher are our chances of survival. Go on, then!"

And with that, the crowd was disbanded...

LATER THAT NIGHT

"Magnificent! They managed to take down one of their cronies, giving us more ample time to terrorize the town even more!"
"Excellent news! I knew it was a good idea to send you down alone in order to get some intel on their whereabouts! Now, proceed with the plan!"

*sigh* (I'd only wish I could get some backup when doing these kinds of things. Not to mention, I kinda preferred working on Master Darkrai's abode... oh well.
It's not like I can do this all by myself, but not only is this tiresome... the filthiness this Dark Void generates!

Blissey used Protect! And Blissey kept spamming Softboiled to keep that Plusle healthy!
"Looks like you have nothing else to do, but to face our wrath!"
"G-GAH! This isn't the end!"
Sableye used Flash! Sableye fled!
"...what was that all about?"

Draco, a MUDKIP was too young to die, so he received help from his teammates.

I think I've made it pretty clear before that I will work to lynch the worst players at the start. Keeping the good ones for later isn't such a birght idea for mafia either.

To be fair, I think it's just Mentle's supreme hatred for Nale. Nale has actually shown to be less stupid than even some of us have at the most crucial points of mafia games. Though the case seems a bit too tough for me to vote right now. I'll just abstain and change vote later.

And I could argue this is just your supreme love for "meddling" at every sign of conflict, but the point is, I'm just playing this game properly: if you don't feel there is enough evidence on someone, go for the bad players. I didn't see any sign of change in Nale and his votes are still mostly random or attempts to force ties (even when his role is unrelated to that). Personal feelings apart, if Nale still played the same way I'd still vote for him now.

I realize you don't want to have to justify yourself every time. I mean I'm not calling you out on it as a person, hell, I could care less. I'm just saying, your voting for Nale every time is something that should just be seen as usual Mentle business.

But my point is that it isn't. If he was a good player I'd vote for someone else, someone worse. I know most mafia groups will keep Nale alive until the end so they can make sure there is less thinking and alliances between the town.

I'm doing almost the same thing. I'm not voting for "bad" players, because I don't think that it's possible to be "bad" at this unless you have a specific role and purposefully neglect to use it. As of now, there's no evidence on anyone, so I voted for someone who already had a vote on him so I can at least have a chance of saving my butt.

You obviously CAN be bad at this game. A townie who ignores evidence on the innocence of a player, a townie who refuses to roleclaim even though he is going to get lynched otherwise, a doctor who saves a player from a mafia kill yet does not tries to contact that player even knowing he was a target, a mafioso/townie who makes incredibly suspicious decisions, a mafioso who goes out of his way to defend his partners or even, and this is your main issue, votes ignoring any evidence or voting patterns, just choosing randomly or for the sake of forcing ties.

Throwing out votes for no reason other than "policy" and venomously defending them. That in itself is suspicious. Call it a hunch.

And as a note, in the previous game, Nale's role had different voting things. Some days he had no vote at all, most others he had a doublevote. If he were voting and it caused a tie, it wouldn't have been a tie, whoever he voted for would have been lynched.

1) I've been doing this for a while and checking any game with Nale in will prove that. Explaining my reasoning was to avoid the thought Alpar had: that I will vote off people based on how much I like them.
2) I mentioned he forces ties "even when his role is unrelated to it". What I meant was that I wasn't talking about just your round.

Since you bring up that you find it suspicious, how about defending a player so fiercely? It's not much since you always overrate Nale and Alpar tries to stop conflict before it happens, but I'm sure it's more than "he wants to lynch Nale like he does in every single game".

My issue here is how aggressively you're trying to get him lynched.
