"It seems as though nobody will be arrested tonight. Hm. Nothing to see here, then. Why are all the other results tied though?"
It was unclear who, but someone in the crowd yelled out "It is a gentleman's Jojob to cause a tie."

[And nobody was lynched that day.]

-Joestar Mansion, Nighttime-

A lone police officer hung around at the Joestar mansion after hours.

"Man, guard duty blows. I wish something exciting would happe-"
"Well, you're in luck then!" a suspicious blonde man said. "I have a few new tricks up my sleeve I've been dying to show off to somebody."
"Oh?"

"I was... two days... from retirement..." the cop groaned out."

Of course he was going to retire.
Retire is just a delayed form of surrender.
And now he's retired from life.
I bet he didn't even get a severance package...

Nale seemed a little perturbed on Skype after I pushed through No Lynch, despite the fact that he voted it too.

Maybe going out on a limb a little bit here, but maybe he was mafia hoping for a lynch that day, with complete lack of accountability since he voted No Lynch.

I honestly think that was just Nale being Nale being overly disappointed over multiple ties (whatever you people see in that.)

I think I'll just hold off on voting for now though.

Leo overthinking little, explainable things usually means he is mafia when not used against Alpar.
That or he really just wants to get rid of Nale, but I will go with my hunch.

Explain why a townie would be mad when the option they voted for ended up winning. Mafia have reason to think one way and vote another, but townies don't.

And may I remind you that lynches take priority over no lynch if they have the same amount of votes, so adding No Lynch to the tie would have had no effect anyway.

Zink was the last one forcing ties, so that's good enough for me!
