Round 57: Dragon's Crown Mafia

I assume you all know the rules, so let's just jump right into things.
No abstaining; no lynch will take effect if it has more votes than the leading player in the polls.
No PMs allowed. Deal with it.

Story in the spoiler'd section below. For those who have played Dragon's Crown, as of right now it's just the opening scene and tutorial. Some of it has been lifted directly from the in-game text and simply rewritten to third-person perspective, and some is a dramatization.
For those who haven't played Dragon's Crown, it's mostly your standard fantasy RPG; explore dungeons, bring back treasure, repeat, save the world. Dragons may be involved as well.

- Opening Story:
- Elf seated herself, and called for a stein of the finest mead. Her partner, Rannie, was in a particularly good mood. Quaffing the bar's spirits buoyed their spirits. When things are lively, Rannie will recount a certain tale.
Elf was an adventurer, first starting out, and didn't know right from left. It was then that they first met. Shortly into her first foray through some ruins, Elf stumbled across a large wooden door. Though as she reached toward and grasped the handle, the door refused to budge.
“Shall I open that door for you?” the rogue Rannie inquired. He thought it would be a simple matter to take advantage of Elf's naivete, and pocket some coin.
Elf gave the door another failed push. Now sure that she couldn't open it herself, she wordlessly motioned toward the door with her bow.
Assuming the gesture to mean “yes”, Rannie dashed over toward the door and fiddled with the lock. After a couple seconds, the lock fell to the ground and the door swung open.
Elf pushed the newly-unlocked door open and stepped through into another open room. Sitting in the middle lay the prize she was seeking; a wooden treasure chest. Elf ran over to the chest, but frowned when she noticed yet another padlock securing it shut.
Rannie approached the perturbed Elf. “I could make short work of that as well, if you wish,” he said with a smirk.
Placing a hand on her chin, Elf looked at Rannie, then back toward the locked chest. While she didn't particularly trust her new acquaintance, she had little hope of opening the chest on her own. Deciding to take her chances, she stood up and backed away from the chest. “Please,” she said, gesturing toward the chest with her left hand.
“Oh, she can speak after all,” Rannie teased. He sauntered over to the locked chest and began to work his magic. After a short wait, the top of the chest was flung open, revealing a large pile of gold and other valuables underneath.
“Wow...” Elf gazed in wonder at the glistening pile of treasure in front of her... which was immediately scooped up into a bag by Rannie.
“Thanks, love!” Rannie yelled over his shoulder as he ran back toward the ruins' exit.
“Wait!” Elf turned around and ran after the thief.
Though Elf was a very swift runner, Rannie was certain that he could outrun her... though with his attention on the girl chasing him, Rannie failed to notice the large orc that was blocking the next doorway until he ran headlong into its chest.
The orc let out a bone-shattering howl before raising its arm and swinging it at Rannie.
“...Oh crap.” Rannie braced himself for the imminent impact.
“Watch out!” Elf quickly pushed Rannie out of the way of the orc's attack, only to take the hit herself a split second later. Flung toward the wall, Elf managed to hit on her hands and feet, then push off and regain her footing.
The orc screamed again and began to run toward Elf.
Elf took a deep breath and removed an arrow from her quiver. With machine-like precision, she strung the arrow, pulled it back and sent it flying into the orc's forehead. Unfortunately, the hunk of metal embedded in its skull did little to slow the orc's advance. Maintaining her calm composure, Elf strung another arrow and let it loose, lodging it into the orc's left eye, causing the beast to stumble for just a second. Elf took advantage of that time to send another arrow into the orc's right eye, effectively blinding it. “Now!” Elf lowered her bow and dashed toward the stunned monster.
Hearing the approaching elf, the orc took a blind swing into the air in front of it. The attack found no purchase, as Elf nimbly jumped over the swipe, somersaulting in the air over the orc before delivering a powerful downward kick to its head. The orc's skull shattered under the impact, and its lifeless corpse fell to the ground.
Rannie stared on in awe from the ground where Elf had pushed him out of harm's way earlier. The frail-looking girl he intended to con walked toward him and extended her hand.
“Here, let me help you up,” Elf said with a gentle smile.
Since that point, they've been traveling under mutually beneficial terms; Elf handles combat, and Rannie handles locks.

I'm sure he'll be fine. He usually hurts himself more by doing more mundane things like picking his teeth with knifes and heating food.
