Some house burst on fire in my neighborhood and somehow caused a blackout. I'm on my phone now. Fire department rushed over.

So in the state of the blackout I dug out my good ol' DS Lite and popped in TWEWY (thanks Cael)

On day 3. The combat is pretty simplistic in practice but allows for a lot of unique and fancy customization. I REALLY like the novelty of the setting, but I'm not too sure about the protagonist.

Artstyle is outstanding and the soundtrack is pure earsex. My instincts tell me these 7 days will probably be either a lie or really long, but I'm not expecting the game to end in any sudden way.

Catch you all on skype again when I get electricity back.

According to a friend I was supposed to pick up yesterday, I went with someone to go see him, but he wasn't there.

So we got him this morning and his dad told him the story of how we came to pick him up. His dad referred to us as "Andrew and some tiny Asian fellow."

I laughed and died a little inside.

So we were discussing dreams in Skype for a bit, and I'd figured I'd share a little.
My favorite segment of any dream I've had:
So basically, it took place during a zombie apocalypse a la L4D, except the houses were structurally sound and getting zombified wasn't a virus. BUT ANYWAY, best part was busting into a house, climbing some stairs...
...and finding Amy safe and sound, curled up in bed. Pretty anticlimactic, I know. But still... I like her more than I care to admit. The relief was palpable.

Hyrule Warriors came out on Saturday. A game I've been hotly anticipating melding two of my favourite franchises of all time that I've probably spent more time in then any other.

So I went down to the shops and spent $79.
I was really excited about plugging my purchase in and giving it a try. So I rushed home.

And I have to say... that new Steam Mop I got is pretty good. It cleans the tiles well and feels good to use but it can't pick up loose dirt well. Overall a good purchase though.

This is what my life has become.
