Welcome back! Today, we're taking our first mission!

Well, let's grab the mission and be on our way!

: ...Very well. We need everyone we can find. North of the east bridge, a monster's moved in to the Nameless Cave. This is the map.

Well, let's head out then.
The Nameless Cave is here... is it actually nameless when it's named the Nameless Cave?
It's a short dungeon, and you can see where the boss... well, mini-boss, is on the map.
Our goal though is to get to the room before the mini-boss first. There's something good there that will help us.
...And then we got there without a single enemy encounter.
That there is a healing spring. It will heal HP and Mana, but it will NOT recover EX gauge usage. Seeing as everyone in the party except me is a little behind on levels, I'm gonna grind here a little.
Also this image is amusing to me for some reason.

Fun thing, in battle it's called a "Paro Nut". Why this typo is there, I can only ask the translators.

Now, I would do the same boss thing as in EO3, but honestly, this fight isn't hard. You guys will have your fun soon.

As we are about to head back though, we find that Menas is here. Wonder why.
WELL LOOKS LIKE WE GOT OUR ANSWER: They can't possibly handle this mission!
And there they are.: Oh, it's you, from before. By any chance, did you dispose of that monster?
He runs down to check, before stating the obvious to the weird dude.: Very nice work! That was an impressive feat for beginning Hunters! If you stop by the Mission Office and make a report, they'll give you a reward. You can go back home now and leave the rest to us.
We take our leave.: Haha! The lot of them are happy as clams with themselves.

They're being invaded by unknown lifeforms from a nearby forest. Even their knights are having a difficult time. And that isn't all.: I have a hunch that this is just the beginning.: This is a mission straight from the President! Proceed to Miross and investigate the outbreak! And if it poses a threat to this world... you must destroy it without fail! First, head to Miross. Speak with the council.: I expect to hear from you, GUNDAM.
With a mission obtained, we take our leave.: So why choose them? There are certainly more qualified guilds around.: Inituition.: Really? That's all?: That's how I chose you. Don't worry about it. They'll deliver. I'm sure of it.: I'll wait for some evidence before I believe that.
So yeah, something is up in Miross and the president told us to go fix it. We'll do that next time though!
Nick and Cael have 9 skill points to spend. It seems you get two skill points for every fifth level.

Our goal is that big building there.

It's a new branch of life. These unknown lifeforms, the Dragons and the Bloom... We of Pleroma need you to investigate these dangerous encroachments.
: They're on the special joint mission for Hunters from Miross and Kazan.
Miross Knight: Yes sir!: The others should have reported back by now, but I've heard nothing. Use extreme caution.
So these weird flowers, the Bloom, is fucking everything up. And apparently a dragon is here as well. Hoooo boy.
The battle screen looks different as well, being overflowed by Bloom.
Also this is the stupidest name I mean what the hell
Holy shit...
Walking through Bloom greatly weakens us. That damage you see there? Not from monsters. That's from the Bloom. The Bloom is causing more overall damage to us than the actual fights.
Would be nice to have. IF WE HAD A HEALER.
Mana healing item. Heals 15 Mana.
Healing spring! Great!
We find two people in here, suffering from the Bloom's effect.

And this is where I'll stop the update. Next update will be a boss update.
For this game though, regarding bosses, it's first come, first serve. I'm the only mainstay in the party. Those who wish to join in the fight say so. Preferably in the thread. First three will be the ones to fight this boss.
Other than that, bosses will be handled like in EO3. You guys input your commands.
And assign your skillpoints dammit.

Grash pointed out I made a small typo on the Rogue's "Act Natural" skill... I had put that you need POW and INT bonus 5, when you only need both of those at level 3. Edited and fixed.

It took me until Grash said it caused damage that I realized it was some sort of flower instead of fire.
I was just like "Why. Why are you surprised fire hurts?"
