Maybe not "double" strong, but stronger. They also aren't unique attacks, but rather a buff to the action you take that turn. (EX-skills are a thing, but noone has those at the moment)
As well, EXhausting ignores turn order, you automatically go before anyone who didn't use EX. (If you want to go first without EX, put points into SPD)(Also, some moves adjust turn-order as well)
Example, here on turn 3 it went:
Sera[EX]>Lynn>King>Hobama>Grash
Had you used EX that turn, you would have gone before even I did (though probably not before Sera... no offense but you seem to be sluggish)
As for number of uses, we get three per trip to the Inn. Fortunately, Grash is considerate to have not used any of them before this fight started.

Investigating Woman: There ought to be a shortcut somewhere, if you look at it. But I wasn't able to puzzle it out in the time I had. Please look for it! You may be able to feel a draft blowing nearby.

This is the dungeon I talked about in the last update.
A very small dungeon, housing only 4 dragons.
Let's kill them all.
Killed 'em all.
Other than that, this dungeon houses nothing. Just a nice place to grind early game.
When a dungeon is cleared out of dragons, all Bloom in the vicinity will die out.
Still gotta mow down most of the Bloom though.
The world is a much better place now.
Before I end the update off here, there's a place I've yet to explore here on the overworld.
And that is up here.
Now, we haven't unlocked the one by Kazan yet so gimme a moment.
This rock formation present in every portal is a save point, by the way.
