It's a shame we got so few players for this round.
I actually liked this round. I felt like the shorter amount of people made things a lot more easy for me to sit through.
i also actually felt competent since I had nothing to go by but voting and studying patterns. 2/3 of my guesses were right.

Oh? Mafia round over already?
...Well to be honest, I still haven't figured out everything I wanted to do yet. So if no one minds, give me until Friday afternoon to finish ideas and we can go from there. If not, the next person on the list can go ahead of me.

Re: Round 32: Tsukihime Mafia: THE FUCKING MOON
Since I don't want to waste the fight scene that I wrote up, here's what would have happened if Shiki and Shiki has fought. And I won't bother going through and bolding her name every time.
Fight start
Ryougi victory...
...or Tohno victory.
Tohno's victory was phoned-in bullshit because it's impossible to find a legitimate reason why he could beat her in a fight.
Fight start
- Spoiler:
- A dark hallway. Two people stand a few meters away from each other, their faces bathed in light from the full moon. A young man and a young woman, staring intently into each other's eyes.
“Ah, I understand now,” the girl said in an amused tone. “My eyes suddenly returning to normal, and the strain I feel when I try to 'see'...”
“It's a real oddity,” the boy chuckled.
The girl's eyes narrowed. “That's an understatement. It's a complete impossibility.”
“Huh? What do you mean?”
The girl sighed. “Man, you're dense. Don't you know anything about those eyes? Only one person can have them at a time.”
“W-what do you mean?”
“Simple.” The girl pulled a knife from her coat pocket and pointed it at the boy. “You're someone who shouldn't exist.”
The boy tensed up. “...I guess I can say the same for you, then.” He removed his glasses and brandished his own knife. “Shall we?” he smiled playfully. “Though I should warn you, I like it rough.”
The girl giggled. “That's SMASHING. It feels better that way.”
“Heh... I haven't known you for very long, but I must say, I could think of nothing else but doing this with you.”
“Same here. I'm so happy we could find this nice, dark, secluded area... where we can do whatever we want, without worrying about being interrupted.”
“Of course. It'd be a shame if someone came here. I'd hate having to share you.”
“Enough talk, I can't control this urge any longer. Let's do it.”
The two dashed at each other – and under the watch of the full moon, Shiki and Shiki clashed their knives.
(other night stuff would have gone here in the meantime)
“Ghk!” Shiki grunted as he parried Shiki's attacks. Her movements were so quick and powerful, he barely had the time to block her attacks and steady himself for the next one.
“Hyaa!” Shiki rained her blows down as fast as possible, making no effort to conceal where her attacks were aimed. After all, the two could easily see the lines of death wrapped around both of their bodies, and neither of them would even consider trying to strike anywhere else.
Desperate to escape from the pressure, Shiki grasped his knife with both hands and returned a single attack with as much force behind it as he could muster. As Shiki readied her own knife to block it, the impact staggered her just long enough for Shiki to back away and catch his breath.
“Hahh... hahh... ahahaha...” Shiki laughed through ragged breaths. “I've never felt anything like this before,” she gasped.
“Same here,” Shiki said. “You're better than anyone else I've ever been with.”
“My my, how flattering.”
Shiki observed his opponent. While both of them were breathing heavily, his gasps were from physical exhaustion. On the other hand, she didn't appear to be suffering physically at all. Her heavy breaths were born from animalistic excitement – a pure-bred killer whose sole desire was to take the life of the person in front of her.
Shiki glanced at Shiki's knife. “...Nanaya... of course, I should have noticed it from the start.”
“Eh? What do you mean?”
“Your knife,” Shiki said, pointing to her opponent's weapon. “It says Nanaya on it. And you certainly fight like a demon hunter.”
“D-demon hunter?” Shiki stepped back. “Nanaya? I have no idea what you're talking about.”
“...So you don't remember? Or maybe you were raised by another family...” Shiki sighed. “My family – the Ryougi clan – is one of four clans that make up the Demon Hunter Organization. The others are Fujyou, Asagami... and Nanaya.” A grin split across her face. “I heard the Nanaya clan was all wiped out... after fighting a member of the Fujyou clan and the Asagami clan, I was worried that I would never be able to fight against a Nanaya. But here you are... and to think that you would possess the same eyes that I do... truly, I'm thankful for this opportunity.” Shiki dashed again, slashing wildly at her target. Once again, Shiki was able to parry her blows and put some distance between the two of them. “You're hesitating,” Shiki laughed.
“W-what are you talking about?”
“Those eyes of yours are good for one thing and one thing only. Killing. So why even have them if you can't do that?”
“T-that's...” Shiki stuttered. “...I promised Sensei that I would never...”
Shiki smiled. “Oh? What, don't tell me you wanted to do something else with them?”
“...I promised myself and someone else that I would only use these eyes to protect people.”
“Ah, but unfortunately, they don't work like that,” Shiki said. “They can only bring harm. At best, you just kill someone before they kill you.” Shiki raised her knife. “And isn't that what you should be doing right now?”
Before Shiki could respond, Shiki was once again slashing her knife at him. “Kuh...!” He quickly raised his knife to block hers, but when her knife slammed into his, the sheer force crushed a number of bones in his arm.
“Now! Kill or die!” Shiki raised her arm and brought her knife down towards the line over Shiki's heart.
“...”
Everything seemed to slow down. Shiki looked up at his assailant, her stance poised to make the finishing blow.
Ryougi victory...
- Spoiler:
- Shiki glanced up at Shiki's knife, aimed for his chest. The only way I can stop this without taking a life... His right arm was too weak after the last hit, so Shiki quickly tossed the knife over to his left hand and slashed. Their blades met – and his slashed right through the line of death on hers, slicing it into two pieces. “Now-” Shiki swung his arm back around, aiming the handle of his knife at the side of Shiki's head.
“Hmph.” In a single quick motion, Shiki jumped backward, tore off her jacket, and threw it at Shiki's face.
“Gah!” Shiki raised his right arm to swat it away and--
Splash.
Crimson blood painted the windows.
The two stood motionless for a moment.
Shiki fell to the ground, blood pouring from a gaping wound in his chest. Dumbfounded, he looked up at Shiki. In her hands was a katana, dripping with his blood. She must have drawn it while throwing her jacket at him.
“...I left you an opening,” Shiki said, sheathing her katana. “...You could have killed me, and survived.” She stepped over Shiki's collapsed figure and placed her hand on his wound. “...Hm, it seems I wasn't close enough to sever it cleanly,” she said. She knelt down where her jacket had fallen and retrieved a second knife from a pocket, then moved back over Shiki. “...What a waste,” she sighed, placing her knife on a line over Shiki's throat. With a single slash, Shiki's head was severed from his body.
“...”
Light from the moon filtered in through the window, illuminating the figures of a boy lying on the ground and a girl standing over him, both covered in blood. Shiki simply stood there for a few minutes, staring at the corpse. “...Oh?” Her gaze fell upon the glasses in Shiki's pocket. “I bet Touko will want these back,” she muttered, removing the glasses. She picked up her jacket, slipped the glasses into her pocket, and began to walk away. After a few steps, she took one last look at the corpse behind her. “...Dammit. Such a waste,” she repeated before leaving the scene.
...or Tohno victory.
- Spoiler:
- Looking over her body, Shiki noticed that Shiki had left a line across her side completely unprotected. But she'll die if I slash there, Shiki thought.
A voice echoed in Shiki's head. “Dammit, kid, what are you doing?!”
S-sensei? Is that you?
“Do you want to die, Shiki?”
N-no, of course not!
“Then there's only one thing you can do.”
Shiki gritted his teeth. His right arm was too weak after the last hit, so Shiki quickly tossed the knife over to his left hand and slashed.
“Kuh...!” Shiki's blade stopped in its tracks. Blood spilled from her side, and she staggered back.
Shiki stepped forward and lunged. His knife pierced right through the point on Shiki's chest, and she collapsed to the ground instantly.
“Hah... hah...” Shiki fell backwards, exhausted. Shiki's dead body lay next to him. “...I'm sorry,” Shiki said, saying a silent prayer for the corpse. “But I still have things I need to do.” Shiki stood up and walked off without looking back.
Tohno's victory was phoned-in bullshit because it's impossible to find a legitimate reason why he could beat her in a fight.
