Assuming Mentle is telling the truth, he's probably a watcher or something, so that might confirm Vat's role reveal. Unless they're both mafia and are in cahoots. Either way, benefit of the doubt and switching to Stalin because he's voting for someone that the supposed investigator has confirmed innocent.
