Removing my vote for Phoenix. I only voted for him to protect myself from Stalin. Looking back on the last rounds, Zyq is clearly legit because of Vat's last confession (unless you guys play with some bizarre mafia+town duo roles). I'm assuming that Yoshi's town aligned too, as Nale tried to kill him in round 1. Phoenix secured the kill on Nale, which gives me the benefit of the doubt that he's not Mafia for the time being. However, if Stalin proves to be mafia, then we can safely assume that Phoenix is mafia and call it game. Otherwise he's clearly innocent. And could the doctor protect himself this round please? We need him for the win.

That's the best way to prove yourself as innocent as mafia, especially if you are Alpar a Usurper and/or your ally is guaranteed to get lynched.

Both, technically. He was a Jailkeeper. Jailkeepers are used to prevent the doctor from being OP and preventing the doctor and vigilante from systematically killing everyone (in a game with PMs, anyway). Typically, there is only one dedicated protection role, minus any Jack-of-all-trades stuff.

Wasn't aware of that fact. O_o I thought all games had a unique doctor role. What exactly does the bus role do btw? Anyways, returning to my original vote to try and save myself in vain. :(

I thought shenanigans had happened but I forgot to include this, I had gotten confused with the night before and thought he had been blocked. Using RNG now, it would have given him a bomb that would have exploded in his face, making him unable to act the next night.
