“WAIT!” an upper class voice cried out. “I must support my dear friend, Rarity, in this matter.” Fancypants approached the polling booth and dropped in his vote. With a bow, he returned to the small group gathered in the audience chamber.
“That...was interesting,” Luna said with a raised eyebrow. “Regardless, the polls are now closed.” Reading the tally, she announced, “Come forth, little one.” At her words, Sweetie Belle meekly approached the throne and closed her eyes, looking forlorn.
“Prepare yourself!” Luna exclaimed before blasting her with the blinding beam. As the light dimmed, Sweetie Belle’s limp form lay still.
Once again, one of the ponies closest to Rarity was dead. She had no words for her anguish, relegating herself to sobbing of the filly’s body.

That night, a shadow was once again skulking through the corridors of Canterlot. As it passed by candelabra on the wall revealed the shadow as Queen Chrysalis. She stopped befor a door adorned with three apples. With an evil grin, she slowly crept in. Seeing an empty bed, she looked around in confusion.
“Ah’ve been expecting you,” a voice said from behind her. Turning around, she saw an orange mare lowered in a combat stance. Assuming her own combat stance, Chrysalis and Applejack circled each other. Lunging forward, the changeling queen drew first blood by slashing the farmer’s side. The mare retaliated by bucking Chrysalis in the head. The two dueled through the night with no clear victor in sight. Finally, Applejack landed a decisive buck, breaking the queen’s neck. Watching the insectoid creature warily, she finally decided it was dead. Unfortunately, the wounds she sustained were too much. Her last thoughts were of her family. “I’m comin’ back Ma and Pa,” she whispered with her last breath.
Nyu fell victim to Fancypants’ vote.

Cutie Mark Crusader Changeling Hunters, yay! You, along with Applebloom (Cloak) and Scootaloo (Hey look Scootaloo is alone again), stowed away on the train to see what the heroines of Equestria were up to and, more importantly, try to get your cutie marks.
During the day or night, you may choose to target a single person. During the next night phase, the target will be given a second night action. This will not affect changeling kills. You may only do this three times during the game.
Additionally, for each Cutie Mark Crusader dead, there will be a ⅓ chance that the remaining crusaders’ powers will fail. For you, this means there is a chance you will miss your target, wasting a “shot”.
Zink was expected.

- You are Queen Chrysalis (Godfather).
You are the queen of the changelings. You tried to infiltrate Canterlot and overthrow Princess Celestia once before, but your efforts were thwarted due to the Elements of Harmony and that accursed Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor. Now, you have come to Canterlot with your trusted captain ([REDACTED BY ORDER OF THE QUEEN]) for revenge.
Each night, you will choose either yourself or your captain to kill a target. Any attempts to discover your alignment will return a Not Guilty result. Additionally, during the day, you can choose to permanently lose your investigation immunity to gain a special night kill. This kill is unblockable, but will not immediately kill the target. Instead, the target will be assimilated into the hive mind after 2 nights (at the end of the second night). During the assimilation, the target is, for all intents and purposes, still a townie. Once assimilated, the target will become a changeling drone with no special powers. When this happens the target’s flavor name will be announced to have been assimilated. Either you or your guard can perform this kill.
You will win with the changelings when the changelings outnumber the ponies.
Leo is reunited with his parents.

You are Ponyville’s most dependable pony and the Element of Honesty. You are always ready stand by your friends, but in times of crisis, you tend to overreact.
Each night, you can use your trusty hindhooves, Bucky McGillycuddy and Kicks McGee, to kill a single person. Additionally, for a single night, you can choose a target. You will act as a bodyguard for the target, but will attack ANYONE who targets them. If your target would die, you die instead and any other actions will affect the target (i.e. you will be killed before blocking anything else).
You will win with the rest of the ponies when all the changelings have been defeated.

For the third time, Luna’s horn flared and launched a brilliant blast at the pegasus. Once again, the light faded revealing the blue body of Rainbow Dash.
“Rainbow....” Twilight whispered, eyes glistening. Rarity merely turned away with tears streaming down her face, exhausted by the deaths of the last few days.

That night, the changeling captain buzzed around the silent castle, searching for prey. He approached the room with a starburst on the door and walked in. The stench of love that Twilight had for her friends was palpable in the air. Inhaling deeply, he pointed his jagged horn under the unicorns snout. With a quick jab, he pierced her skull and brain. With a smirk, he walked away and left her to bleed out.

“Well, your highness,” Rarity said in a tired voice, “There was only a couple options left. I hope we got the right one.”
“STEP FORTH, VINYL SCRATCH,” Luna commanded.
The unicorn mare hesitantly took a step. “B-but, I’m not a-” she started, before continuing in a much deeper voice, “OH, ENOUGH OF THIS CHARADE!” A maniacal laugh echoed throughout the castle. Pink smoke swirled around “Vinyl Scratch” as her body elongated and formed into the chimaeric shape of the god of chaos, Discord.
“Discord,” Celestia stated.
“Indeed it is I, Discord. And I know there is nothing you can do to me,” he boasted.
“We still have the Elements of Harmony!” Celestia declared, but everyone could see the fear in her eyes.
“Oh really? You may have the Elements, but who will bear them? Miss Sparkle and her friends are all dead, save for Rarity, but she’s in no shape to banish evil. Will you and your sister do it? I think not. We both know that you two lost the power to wield them centuries ago. The nobles here? Please, we all know they have no friends,” Discord rambled.
“W-we will stop you!” the ruler of the sun said, hoping she didn’t look half as scared as she was.
“Ah, there’s no need for that,” Discord said chummily. “I’ll just be on my way. I have no desire to live in an Equestria ruled by changelings. Do you know how boring they are? Everything about them is ‘Love this’ and ‘Consume that,’ I’d rather be a statue again.”
“Well then why don’t you?” Scootaloo piped up.
“Becaaaaause, I prefer freedom. I’ll leave you ponies to deal with the changelings. Maybe I’ll visit the griffons,” he mused. He pulled out an umbrella and opened it so that the top formed a bowl. Raising it over his head, he snapped it closed over his whole body, with a mocking shout, “TA-TA!”

For what would hopefully be the last time, the changeling captain buzzed through the castle. Finding a door decorated with the emblem of a shield with a rearing filly on it, he entered. Suddenly, a blast of orange colored wind zoomed by him.
“HA! Catch me if you can, you dumb bug!” Scootaloo taunted from her scooter.
With a roll of his eyes, the changeling launched a blast the vaporized the filly in mid-air and walked away.

Luna sat on her throne, exhausted by the past four days. “Bring them in,” she said wearily.
The Royal Guards nodded and returned with Rarity and Carrot Top.
“One of you must be the changeling. We know only the queen and her guard made it in. So fess up, so that this can be over with.”
Once again, a white unicorn with an excellent moustache galloped into the chamber. “WAAAAAAAIT!” he cried out.
“What is it this time, Fancypants?” Luna asked with an exasperated sigh.
“That is the real Rarity!” he declared with utmost confidence, “If that is not Rarity, then my name is not Fancypants!”
“Good enough for me,” Luna shrugged. For the last time, her horn lit up and light lanced towards the earth pony. As the light faded, they saw the “mare’s” body burst into green flames, revealing an armored changeling.
As it struggled up, Rarity rushed forward and stomped it repeatedly. “THIS IS FOR FLUTTERSHY! THIS IS FOR PINKIE! THIS IS FOR APPLEJACK! THIS IS FOR RAINBOW! THIS IS FOR TWILIGHT! THIS IS FOR THE CRUSADERS! AND MOST OF ALL...” She turned around and raised her hindhooves. “THIS IS FOR SWEETIE BELLE!!!” With a buck that would have made Applejack proud, she bucked the mangled changeling into the far wall. As the adrenaline left her system, she collapsed into a puddle of tears.
Celestia and Luna came beside her, eyes also filled with tears. “We miss them too,” the older sister comforted, “and their sacrifice was not in vain.”
“No.” Through watery eyes, Rarity looked up at the stained glass window that showed the six heroines of Equestria. “It wasn’t.”
Yoshi lacked chaos.

- You are Discord (Survivor Bus Driver).
You are the god of Chaos. Recently defeated by the Elements of Harmony and then “turned good” by the Element of Kindness, Fluttershy. You loathe your new “good” status, however, and long for the freedom of chaos. To achieve this, you have taken the form of a pony, ready to seize victory when the opportunity presents itself.
Each night, you may choose two targets. Any night actions targeting one person will affect the other instead and vice versa. Additionally, instead of bus driving, you may choose a single target. The target will have their investigation results permanently changed. This change will be randomly chosen among Not Guilty, Inconclusive, Guilty, or No Result. You can use this on yourself.
You, and you alone, will win if you are alive when the game ends, regardless of which faction would otherwise win.
What he wasn’t told: Despite your revulsion for “good” you still can’t bring yourself to bring possible harm to Fluttershy. Fluttershy is immune to bus driving.

You are the loyal captain of Queen Chrysalis (Zink). Choosing to wear armor over your carapace, you are tougher than the average changeling drone.
Any night kills that target you will fail. However, you can choose to permanently shed your armor to make your kills (and only yours) unblockable by protection or role blocking. Unblockable kills cannot be performed two nights in a row.
You will win when the changelings outnumber the ponies.
