No coin flip today. Now to type out the story.

Okay, let’s make this as short and sweet as possible. Definitely not up for the usual length of stories.


The day was over and Serenade had called everyone to their positions to determined who was the unlucky person to be lynched today.

"Mr. Vat, it seems the numbers are not with you, NumberMan."

Within the next moment, NumberMan was carried off by agents of Serenade to be taken swiftly out of the game.

Vat was dragged away from the game

"Dr. Regal. I suppose I should have seen this coming…"

Chaud stood at the rooftop of SciLab, feet near the edge of the building as he was now trapped by the good doctor and his henchmen.

"Now, now. No one has to die if you’d stop your futile resistance and come with me."

Chaud’s usual scowl only grew deeper as it semed there wasn’t any way of escaping Regal, besides jumping and committing suicide. What choice did he have now?

"I…I will never surrender to the likes of you!"

And with that, he spread his arms out and slowly fell back until his whole body feel from the building towards the ground below.

Regal was not amused by this and ordered his henchmen.

"I want his body found. I’ve used this trick myself and I don’t want him getting away!"

As his men left him, Regal peered down below from the edge, hoping to spot any sign of young Chaud’s body. As he feared there was no sign at all.

"Don’t move!"

Cursing to himself silently, Regal found that he had lowered his guard and allowed the authorities to find him. Chaud himself was amongst them along with Dr. Hikari, Lan’s dad.

"Thanks for your help earlier, Dr. Hikari."

Yes, it had been the good doctor himself that had saved Chaud from his dangerous fall. In fact, they had planned it out after studying the tactics of their enemy.

The next day, Serenade had once again called the others to meeting. The town had won. The innocents that had been captured and taken away by both their enemies and by Serenade’s men, were returned to them.

"This shall be the last game of mafia I shall play for some time. The next time we meet MegaMan, I intend to test your strength for myself. Until then, you and your friends are free to leave the Undernet under my protection. Farewell…"

Oh hey, I ended up saving the one I had to save.
IRONIC TEAMWORK POWERS!

Since this was the first time I ever got the mafia role, I decided to troll my teammates to hopefully make it more memorable. It kinda worked for a little while? But whatever. I kind of ruined Stalin's plan thanks to my antics, but trolling's what I do best.

Hooray! Good guys win!

First Night:
Nale and Scept's ability activates: +1 vote to Nyu. Cause of coin flip.
Link blocks Nale
Mentle investigates Vat
Zyq attempts to kills Vat (lynched before possible)
Orion swaps Nale and Mentle
Cloak (tsundere) protects Alpar
Mafia attempts to kill Alpar via Nyu


In the end:

Mentle can't investigate Vat
DA's ability activates but Alpar is protected by Cloak and no one dies that night.


Second Night:

Mafia decides to kill Phoenix via Panda

In the end:
Phoenix is killed by Panda but Cloak is alive and town does not miss a day of voting. Lucky there was a change from Cloak or else the town would have been having more trouble.


Night 4:
Link blocks Panda
Mafia (Panda) kills Cloak
Vat double votes for Stalin
spplmj tracks Nale
Orion swaps spplmj and Panda
Mentle investigates Cloak

In the end:
Link blocks spplmj
Panda kills Cloak
spplmj can't track Nale
Mentle investigates a dead body


Night 5:
Link blocks Nale
spplmj tracks Nale
Mentle investigates Orion
Panda attacks Mentle
Orion swaps Mentle and Panda
Vat adds an extra vote to Panda

In the end:
Orion saves Mentle and the town and proves that dad is still the man!
