I saw the command in one of Rain's posts in the poll thread DA before the bot joined.
Anyway, I've asked Rain about it and he said it results in the bot not posting further in the thread but not updating anything. I think it would be a good idea to use it now so it's not tracking threads it doesn't need to track. Especially since it has to deal with the forum's anti-bot measures.

If you're refering to this, he said in that same post it's a new feature(or was at the time), it has run without it. It's main function is to to record who wins, and we already keep a record. I also know for a fact that Rain can set what it watches. He's also very capable of messaging me himself or updating the command thread if it's a convenience issue. (This also isn't the place for this, sorry Scept.)

Well we've been locking round when they end, I thought. Otherwise, it might be to stop the bot from tracking.

Mr Krabs sat in his office, lovingly counting and stacking his money. Suddenly, he sniffed the air. "That smell... I'd know that smell anywhere!" He sat bolt upright. "PLANKTON!"

Suddenly, the outside of the entire restaurant was encased in a metal dome, scaring the customers out of their wits. The ensuing chaos was broken immediately as Krabs' office door slammed open.

"Alright, listen up ye landlubbers!" he shouted. "It has come to me attention that Plankton has infiltrated me restaurant, most likely for me secret formula! He's most likely hidin' out as one of ye, so we're gonna get rid of him in the most efficient* way possible!

The center of each table opened up, revealing a hole. "We'll be votin' out anyone we think is suspicious. Pencils and paper will be provided, but if ya break a pencil, ye be payin' for it. Whoever gets the most votes also gets the boot! So look lively!

*TL note: efficient here means "stupidly convoluted"
