I'll attempt to swim towards the non-goo part of the creature. When I get there I suppose I'll just start slamming it until it either stops moving or I do. I'll help Eliot if he needs it, but he seems fine.

Swim towards the big, white thing... like a pupa and try and grab it with my mouth. Attempt to pull it away and outside of its gooey body. Once it has been taken from it's gooey body get my robot waifu (despite the buck you're still beautiful on the inside baby) and get her to attack the pupa with whatever weapon systems she has (she's immobile but that only means she can't move but weapons are still operational).

If the pupa is unable to leave her body then I attempt to use my flamethrower on it. Seeing how Dr Bear was able to use flamethrower inside the goo I know it'll work.

You swim towards the "core" (actually just the real Junktopus covered by her pupa) and attempt to bite her in order to rip it apart. But as soon as you bite on it, it glows brightly and throbs a bit, pushing you back greatly! -12 HP
You're not giving up just yet, you wanna show that pupa who's the top dog here. You activate Flamethrower and attack that bastard, dealing a considerate amount of damage!
This causes a bit of the flame to spread all over her gooey insides, neutralizing the toxins! It also doesn't manage to hurt anyone due to PvP...
...anyone except Dr. Ruskieman. Eliot is unaffected by such a weak flame.

The toxins are removed, but the goo still inhibits and constricts everyone else's moves!

The Junktopus is trying to recover from the flamethrower's blast. Now's your chance! You fiercefully swim towrds the core and headbutt it like there's no tomorrow! This unsettles the goo around it, loosening its grip with on your pals!
Just then, a big chunk of trash swims towards you and tackles you away from the junktopus core! -5 HP
It seems that the junktopus is amassing its junk and garbage around the core to protect it!

You heighten your senses with Bullet Time and float onwards to the core. You move left and right to evade the junk being hurled towards her, as you materialize your Tech flamethrower. "THIS IS FOR KILLING MY NAMETAAAAG!" you shout, as you let your flamethrower blast at full force!
Your heightened senses help you spew fire faster and stronger! This... has the adverse side effect of actually working like a welder of sorts, melting and welding together the junk barricade the Junktopus' core is making, successfully encasing her in a hard, metallic coating.

You guys DO know the only reason I can assimilate stuff is because I'm a golem, right? (At least I ASSUME that's the only reason, considering when it happened it bypassed the games systems) And DA already told me I can't assimilate the goo.

With my ability to move freely in comparison to everyone's slow baby movements, go and troll the bear by taunting the bear (just out of his reach) with my fly goo swimming skills while saying "you're too slow". Just doggie paddle all around him while he is unable to catch me due to him having the movement speed of a sloth in concrete shoes.

Use scanner to identify potential weak spot on armour coating. Once weakspot is identified attempt to drill through to make small hole, big enough for bullet to go inside, or determine if weakspot can be penetrated by bullet.

Then fire an Infinidistance Shot into the metal casing. This shot should bounce around inside the casing repeatedly (as long as it doesn't fly out the whole from whence it came) thus reducing the pupa to mush.

Grab the biggest sharp piece of Junk I can carry and use fabulous slash display to try and slice off as much goo as possible to prevent it from grabbing too much junk.
