Yeah, I know I'm terrible. I had hoped I had gotten better since the last round I hosted went pretty well compared to my first.

The one round I actually have an idea of what I'm doing with my special role, and Ment has to screw it up by breaking the rules. And yet he's still in. Doesn't help that Zy agreed, ALSO breaking the rules.

Later that night….

Not finding the target he was after, Snake was sneaking up on the enemy soldier that was laying down in the prone position with a sniper rifle. Drawing his pistol, Snake quickly closed the distance between them.

Snake: Drop your weapon!

The old man did not move, as if he didn’t seem to hear him.

Snake: Drop your weapon!

He repeated the words with more force to them.

He had enough as Snake quickly but forcefully turned the old man around to face him.

He was already dead.


Radio call:

Snake: Major, I found The End. It looks like something else had killed him before I had gotten to him.

Para-medic: It doesn’t appear to be from old age. It seems he was poisoned at an earlier time.

Snake: Poisoned? But who would--

EVA: I couldn’t reach the target we discussed the other night, but I couldn’t pass up The End while he was resting.

Snake: You should have told me this sooner. Great, I feel like I’ve wasted my entire night again.

Zero: In any case, you should continue your mission. Even with Volgin and most of the Cobras wiped out, you can’t lower your guard. Good luck.

Suddenly The End's body exploded. Why did it take so long? Delayed effect I guess.
