Round 22: Mafia Girl Quest!

It was already past midnight when the small village of Concordia was awakened by the screams. Even though some villagers arrived seconds after they heard it, the only thing awaiting in the middle of the village was the burned corpse of a Harpy, wings still ablaze, and a piece of paper left near the dead monster.
Soon, everyone who lived near the center of Concordia was there. As the rest of the villagers approaches this group, the silence was broken by the village chief as soon as she read the message left there:
"Stop! No one take another step closer!" screamed the six-tailed kitsune named Seihime, as she turned and faced the people from the outskirts of the village, who walked towards the initial group, still unable to see the body.
"Did any of you see any monster or human walking away?" Silence. "Then that's it," she glanced at the paper in her hands and then back to the group that was arriving now, "all of you: pack whatever you need and leave this village at once."
"Chief...what do you mean? What happe-"
"Listen to me," said Senhime, interrupting the villager who questioned her "all you need to know is that a murder happened. None of you saw anyone walking away from here, right?" Once again no one said anything.
"Even without sunlight, some of you are monsters with excellent eyesight, and I was the first to arrive here, seconds after the screams, and none of our fliers would be able to leave quickly enough to get out of my sight in that time, what means..." she turned
to the initial group that arrived right after her. "...that the culprit is in this very group. The rest of you shall leave this village and only come back when we get rid of whoever did this."
"Wait, this is ridiculous!" said a harpy, that approached Seihime, "What if the culprit simply leaves while the rest of you aren't watching? You can't watch each other 24 hours a day."
"And we won't have to." spoke a lamia right next the corpse,
"Whoever leaves Concordia has to either go through the forest or use the road that passes through it. Anyone doing so would be spotted by the kitsunes that live in the forest, and they can communicate with Seihime from afar, right chief?."
"Correct, Aldrea." said the kitsune, who took the message left by the culprit again and started reading it aloud:

"Thou art despicable and worthless,
thy existence shall be clea
ok, that's enough of this archaic style, it makes my head hurt.
Me and my underlings have been in your dirty village for quite some time, awaiting orders from our Goddess Ilias. Now it is finally time to punish you scum for the practice of 'coexistence' between humans and monsters.
The humans who live here are beyond forgiveness and shall perish with the rest.
Soon, there will be nothing left in this damn village."

"Very well," before anyone could say anything, Seihime started to speak again, and continued as she turned to the harpy that spoke before,
"Girl, come here. Last I heard, the Monster Lord was traveling to Gold Port with her...companion, at least if lady Tamamo was right. As a flier you should find her quickly, but unfortunately it will be a harsh travel by foot, she will take a while to arrive.
When you meet her, deliver her the message left by this follower of Ilias, lady
Alipheese will know what do to. Also, give her companion the following message..." Senhime whispered some words to the harpy, who left as soon as she was finished.
"As I said, the rest of you shall pack your things and leave at once, this is an order from your chief." Senhime turned again to the initial group, as the rest of the villagers quickly left. No one wanted to take part in what would happen now, what it was bound to happen...
"We start tomorrow."
