Welp, I don't find this particularly unnerving. Certainly not unnerving enough to do anything about at this point. My vote on the shifty shadow stays.

Also, you should really stop bringing that kind of thing out in the open like that so quickly. I mean holy smokes, if I ever make even the slightest mistake or lie in a claim to you, my whole role is out in the thread before I can do squat about it. You should really try checking things out BEFORE you up and post someone's role. You got burned for this - twice, in fact - last game we played over on our forums; doesn't look like you learned much from it.

Survivor victory changes on a role-to-role basis.
It can be solo or shared with winning faction.
Beware the survivors curse though.

Also, I know private messaging has been used as evidence before, but I'm not sure if direct quoting is allowed.

Quoting other people's PMs had been done before, so it's allowed. One of the risks of PMing. And yes, survivors' win condition varies by host. That said, there's no need to lynch yet, assuming that's his only win condition. Survivors, especially solo win, are in their best interest in helping the winning side. Unless we happen to lynch a mafia today, shenanigans kill a mafia tonight, and there's only 2 mafia, we're safe from a victory grab. I highly doubt that there's only 2 mafia with so many people in this game.

They used to be always like that, but most of them share the victory now.

The reason for that is that the usual victory-stealing Survivor is almost a bastard role: it punishes the mafia for being efficient and quickly eliminating the town and punishes the town if they are good and eliminate the mafiosi too fast. It's also a relatively easy role.

To make it even sillier, good players that are feared by the mafia can hardly ever win as Survivors while bad townie players, that the mafia won't bother killing, will win as that role exactly because of their lack of skill.

What I don't get is why you guys are rushing so much with the reveals.

I think that while you should be allowed to cite private messages, you shouldn't be able to just post them as-is.

That kind of negates the point of open PMs. I like the danger of "anything you say can be used against you."

Why limit communication any more than you have to?

I don't see why that role is hard to believe, it was an interesting one though. Are roles posted upon death?

I only claimed to Rainboy and HATER but it seems like the entire game knows now. My wincon is shared with whoever wins. I encourage peekers to peek me and they will get a third party result; if that's really what you need in order to believe me. Especially your role HATER, it can be of much use so use it well and place your votes well.
