Think of joining a mafia game like a Roguelike (or if you've never heard of such, think of Dark Souls with random layouts and no respawning; death means start a new game),

No matter how experienced you are, how many times you've "won"...  the sheer degree of luck involved means that everyone will fuck up every now and then.  Just learn what you can from those mistakes, and most importantly have fun.

I'm C F, a guy you may or may not remember from the Halolz comment sections.
Or you may know me as The Pualrus, the evil clone of Paulrus I secretly grew using only pencil shavings, salmon roe, a pixel of Paulrus's avatar's hair, and a misspelling from a post back in January 2012 that I just spent an hour and a half digging up but I can't link you to because of ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS (account's gotta be seven days old, go figure).

Anyway, I'mma let you in on a secret: I never actually signed up for the Halolz forums!  As a matter of fact, I've never done anything with Halolz aside from post in the comments section a thousand times in a thousand places.  But now you all with your charming auras and irresistable appeal have SUCKERED ME INTO SIGNING UP to a FORUM SITE AFFILIATED WITH HALOLZ.
It's a miracle, I tell you.

Maybe I'll play some games with you, or maybe not.  I've never done much with TF2 but I'm a fan of Minecraft.  I've put my Skype info on my profile, so if you want to message me for ANY REASON AT ALL, you can do that!  I encourage it! I'm so lonely.

I've noticed it becomes the second Google result for "Halolz" on my computer, but then like the tenth result on someone else's. Google probably adjusts the results based on your personal frequency.

Also, your explanation also implied people would be googling for Halolz in the first place.

Look, if Alpar, Scept, Zyquux, and a bunch of others are here, it says (albeit unofficially) "Halolz" at the top and there's a link in a Halolz comment's section, that's all the association I need.  Halolz to me is a lot more about the community than it is about Handyside or Trunks (failing to go about) posting things.
It'd be cool to be official, but it would also be cool if we could have regular updates or the Church of Falcon back.  So as far as I'm considered, this may as well be the official forums now! Or not; I wouldn't want Halolz or the Church of Falcon to meet a sad fate; I'll keep my faith that the Forums will be fixed eventually.

Also, full disclaimer?  I am not Paulrus!  He's a pretty cool guy, I am a slightly less pretty cool guy who isn't even pretending to be him, just a fictional imagining of his evil twin spawned from a joke spawned from a misspelling.

I get the feeling people don't read too much into things though, or maybe you're ALL IN ON THE JOKE and are PSYCHING ME OUT by pretending you're not.
