So regarding the Half Genie Hero kickstarter, the 12 dollar pledges no longer give away the rewards because they've all sold out. I can confirm this has happened either today or yesterday because it sure as hell wasn't the day before yesterday, as I checked the prizes and they were all still there.

And this kickstarter is getting so much recognition it's actually gotten enough people to pledge 1,000 dollars to the point where they can no longer give away the extra stuff that comes with pledging that much.

I should also mention I donated 15 to the cause myself, and the whole thing is at this point a little over 40k from reaching its goal. So in the past few days ever since Inafune's advertisement for it on his MN9 page, it's gotten about 60k in U.S. dollaridoos and it hasn't even been a full week yet, and there's about 13 days to go. So given that we keep up the pace of an approximate 20k per day, we just may at least see the first stretch goal be a thing.

And even though it's not at all necessary at this point, I donated 5 dollars to the Mighty No. 9 kickstarter right after. Even if all we got was "here's some artwork" and "It's being made by Inafune as a spiritual successor to Megaman."

Because Capcom can go eat a dick.
