Re: Game suggestion thread
First person to post their computer specs (and Steam ID if I don't have it) gets a copy of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition on me, assuming your computer can handle it.
Offer ends when the sale ends in about 22.5 hours.

Re: Game suggestion thread
I was more asking for a list of your specs.
Since while it says your processor passes, I'm worried about that one too.

Re: Game suggestion thread

Oh I forgot this thread existed.
My current addiction is FTL: Faster Than Light
If you like rogue-likes and/or spaceships, buy it for $5 during the summer sale or wait for it to go on Daily/Flash deal again.

...I think you're scraping the minimum requirements for the CPU and GPU. Try running this here.

Re: Game suggestion thread
I should probably also point out that you want your specs to be a decent bit above the recommended, because this was a terrible port. You need to mod it so that it doesn't run like shit.

Is she boob cupping in the 2nd panel? If so I approve.
Unlike many games on Steam that are terrible terrible ports from consoles (*cough* Dark souls *cough*) I highly recommend the PC versions of Squeenix games. Not only can you get things like Deus Ex, Sleeping Dogs for great prices (including their DLC) and Tomb Raider for an ok price they seem to really design it for PC as well. Full graphic settings, a benchmark option (thank god! I wish all games had this!) and stuff like Sleeping Dogs having a free high def texture pack for PC and Tomb Raider having fancy AMD hair tesselation. Square-Enix I applaud you.

Re: Game suggestion thread
Flatter is better.
And no, here's a better size.
As for Dark Souls, you need do download DSFix and use it to lock the game to 30 FPS. That'll fix most technical issues.
Online issues can (mostly) be fixed with DSCFix.

For the record, I still have that copy of Dark Souls burning a hole in my Steam inventory pocket.

You can have it then. But I need your Steam ID and you should stream it since I think Rofl and I would like to laugh.
